I am so delighted to be returning to Amassa for a beautifully autumnal retreat. The season of slowing down. I have also heard it be called “the last hurrah before winter”, so maybe this retreat can also be that! I am even more delighted to invite you to the most gorgeous venue in the South West of France, just one hour from Toulouse for a tranquil, gentle, nourishing 5 night Yoga retreat. Enjoy peaceful mornings and gentle days filled with yoga, community, delicious food, magical sunsets, starry nights and deep restful sleep.
There are so many points of interest we could look to explore within Yoga and the one that this retreat centres on in nervous system regulation. If you feel that you’ve been stressed, running on empty, anxious, this retreat is for you. Equally if you’ve been feeling uninspired, lethargic and heavy, this retreat is for you. All our practices and activities are centred around bring balance and ease into each aspect of the human experience.
What’s included:
Begin your day with a dynamic 90 minute practices and close your day with myofascial release, restorative and Yin practices to encourage deep rest, as well as workshops in both philosophy and asana to deepen your individual practise.
5 nights of luxury accommodation at Amassa - A converted stone hamlet down a wooded path with views across the valley. We have two fully equipped Yoga studios with underfloor heating, 2 swimming pools, board games for a games night, ensuite bedrooms galore.
Three meals a day! A brunch each morning, lunch and 2 course evening meal each evening. Vegetarian food.
Wine Tasting
Trip to the local village/market to take in the local French life and café culture
Beautiful Aromatherapy workshop with Gill from Aile Holistic! We will create our own bespoke aromatherapy treatment.
2 Sauna and cold dip sessions overlooking stunning landscape
24hr digital detox- no phones, ipads for a whole day! (Your loved ones will still be able to contact you in case of emergencies back home).
Games night
Bikes for cycling, Ping Pong, trampoline and Boules (I mean, what more do we need!)

What’s not included:
Return flights to Toulouse
Return transfer to Toulouse Airport (roughly 190 euro but we be collected as a group and the cost divided)- Collected at 15.00 from Toulouse on 5th. Retreat ends at 11am on 10th

Massages & Treatments with Gill- these will be booked in advance of the retreat about one month before

So why come on my retreat over anyone else's!? I offer a space to have fun, laugh and embrace your whole self with curiosity and compassion. My practices are creative and encourage a deeper sense of connection with yourself and the world around you. Community is at the heart of what I offer as we come together to share this retreat and our experience, creating memories to last a lifetime.
If you would like to book on to this retreat you can either:
pay a non refundable deposit of £300
or
the amount in full (including a £300 non refundable deposit)
Pay Plan option - to be arranged individually to suit your needs
(final payment must be made by July 5th 2027)
Cancellation Policy- The deposit is non refundable. If you cancel before July 5th, you will receive a refund minus the deposit. If you cancel after July 5th, no refund will be given (again minus the deposit).
